Pallavi R. Kachoria
Pallavi Kachoria is an Associate that practices in the areas of commercial real estate, transactional financings, general business counseling, asset acquisitions and dispositions and non-complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kachoria was a litigator that practiced throughout the Maryland Courts where she and represented clients in civil and domestic matters. She clerked for the Honorable Harry C. Storm in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County as well as the Honorable Maxine E. McBean in the D.C. Contract Appeals Board.
In working with her clients, Ms. Kachoria embraces a practical and honest approach in dealing with their complex projects or disputes. She works tirelessly to understand all facets of her cases and aims to develop a strong relationship with each client. A thorough understanding of the law, effective argument, civility, and professionalism allows her to produce positive results for her clients.
Prior to starting a second career in law, Ms. Kachoria had several years of experience as a business and technology consultant in which her clients were small businesses, large corporations, and federal government agencies. She was exposed to many different industries including telecommunications, finance, health, and education. Pallavi has a unique and diverse skillset which allows her to offer a real life perspective to her clients.
